Finance executive with over 20 years’ experience in Financial Management, holistic approach, commercial acumen, and international exposure. Holding a past history in Big 4 auditing firms, in a leading multinational company and in Hedno SA .

Anastasia Ioakimidou
Anastasia has over 38 years of multinational experience in senior managerial roles across Finance and Human Resources. She has held regional executive positions at Siemens, Ideal Standard, American Standard, and KPMG, specializing in transformation, talent development and strategy execution. Since 2013, she operates as an independent HR professional and leadership coach for SMEs and corporate clients. She currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Viopol, facilitating growth and nurturing values. Anastasia holds a degree in Economics, a diploma in Industrial Controlling, and international training and coaching certifications. She speaks fluent Greek, English, and German.
Danae Papatheodorou
Danae is a Supply Chain and Procurement professional with experience across sourcing, supplier negotiations, inventory planning, and cross‑functional operations in both industrial and multinational environments. In VIOPOL S.A., she manages supplier relationships, oversees raw material planning, and drives efficient, compliant procurement processes that support the company’s operational objectives. She brings strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills, as well as a commitment to continuous development.

Dimitra Patta
Dimitra oversees and optimizes various aspects of VIOPOL’s day-to-day activities. Focused on efficiency and strong organizational skills, she coordinates internal processes and collaborates with different departments. She, also, manages company’s credit policies. She assesses credit risk, sets credit limits, ensures timely payments from customers and ultimately contributes to the financial health of VIOPOL.
Alexandra Gkolosi
Polymer chemist with a Master’s degree from NKUA. Experience in industrial separation and water treatment technologies and academic research on formulation of UV-curable resins at NCSR Demokritos. Additional experience in ISO certification processes. Skilled in polymer formulation, analytical methods, problem-solving, and technical documentation.
Mathew Patel
Chemical engineer with 14 years experience in polyurethane multinationals covering production, R&D, Technical Sales and Customer Support.
He brings a passion for growth, excellence and innovation as well as experience to enhance and broaden product offerings whilst ensuring every step of the product value chain is of market leading standards.
Sotiris Papacharalabos
Sotiris is a Chemical Engineer with experience in polymer mechanical properties, analytical quality 0control and customer-facing roles. His background combines technical expertise with strong communication skills, enabling him to effectively support both engineering and client needs.
