Our CEO’s speech at the CEO Clubs Greece Annual Forum was a powerful reminder that behind every business decision lie people, values, and personal journeys that shape the way we lead.
A few words that came from our CEO, Christos Kahramanoglou:
“I walked on that stage carrying a story I had never shared publicly before — a story about fear, responsibility, family, loss, and ultimately… rebirth.
When I spoke about Ho’oponopono — the Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness — I wasn’t sharing a theory. I was sharing my life.
It helped me stand again when everything around me had collapsed, and then… discovering that the person I most needed to forgive was myself.
What happened in the room that day was beyond anything I expected.
People connected. Deeply. Many cried. Many told me that parts of my story were also theirs. “It was authentic”, “I saw myself in his journey.” (participants’ feedback)
Moments like these remind me that leadership is not only strategy, numbers, and decisions.
Leadership is humanity.
