The Mindful Team. This is the title of the 3-day experiential Teambuilding Workshop that took place for VIOPOL Team between the 2nd & 4th of June 2023, at Steni, a very picturesque little village near the mountain Dirfis at the center of Evia Island. This workshop was another significant milestone for the VIOPOL team in their development journey; focused on how inner balance and alignment of every team member can have an important impact on the bonding, growth and effectiveness of the individual & the whole team.
The team embraced nature by becoming part of it & what has to offer. People shared their thoughts, ideas and emotions and enjoyed their interaction in a context of creativity, positivity and relaxation. Feelings like trust, acceptance and respect were expressed throughout the whole process, facilitating the approach of Mindful Mindset. While exploring the Alignment Model of Moral Intelligence (Doug Lennick – Fred Kiel, Ph.D.) and understanding the way moral intelligence can enhance business performance and leadership success, offering every participant the opportunity to identify new challenges and areas for improvement and change, in both strategical and operational level. All VIOPOL people shared this experience in an open and authentic way and felt empowered to achieve personal and organizational goals.
