Viopol’s R&D department is proud to introduce V Bond RG 2595/20/1, a new adhesive developed in collaboration with Viopol’s sales division, to satisfy the ever-growing demands from our clients.
V Bond RG 2595/20/1 is a one component polyurethane adhesive which is polymerized with the assistance of moisture, for the purposes of binding recycled rubber pellets used for the production of safety rubber tiles, applied in playgrounds as well as a variety of different sports floors
V-Bond RG 2595/20/1 quick reaction profile offers a major competitive advantage to its applicators, as it allows for a shorter demolding time of the rubber tiles, hence positively affecting productivity. Furthermore, it can be applied with many different rubber components such as SBR and EPDM, offering tiles of the highest quality. It is also important to point out that no plasticizers are being used for the development of V Bond RG 2595/20/1; this is critical as it will guarantee higher durability and longevity to the produced tile, when exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Viopol’s R&D department can guarantee all of the above in combination with consumption needs as low as 6%, thus placing V-Bond RG 2595/20/1 as a very competitive solution.
